Tallinn Cycle Chic is here to promote everday cycling and we love people who don't use bicycle only for sport. We love people who use their bicycles for going to shopping, to school, to work, to party and wearing their regular everyday clothes, high heels, skirts etc. Idea is coming from Copenhagen > Copenhagen Cycle Chic.
